So happy that Farmers Insurance had SERVPRO in after our basement flooded from a broken hot water tank. Jeff responded quickly to assess the damage. Pat and his crew showed up and packed up the entire basement. Moved all of our furniture and took out damaged items. They didn't balk about moving our piano!! The demo and cleanup were done professionally. All of them were friendly and helpful. I was happy to have them in my home. They treated us and our belongings with respect. They took extra care with heirlooms, photos, etc. I was so pleased with the service I served them lunch. It was my pleasure. Thanks again to all of you!! My husband and I agree that this crew is #1 and would be a lot of fun to hang out with. 5 stars is not enough!!
Wonderful experience during a difficult time. Came in professionally removed all water damaged items. Broke up saturated floor and wall. Checked dehumidifiers daily. Cleaned floor when dried. Everyone was nice, kind and very professional. Will recommend them to everyone.

Rose was a recent widow and lived alone. The late call came from necessity of making sure all our jobs were properly monitored to ensure optimal drying. We normally respect normal business hours for calling clients.
